The NDWRCDP Project Coordinator coordinates program activities, manages project awards and contracts, and serves as the primary point of contact providing information and responding to inquiries from other agencies, organizations and the public. Andrea L. Shephard, Ph.D. served as Project Coordinator for the NDWRCDP from May 2000 through December 2005.
